Making the plunge

•June 22, 2010 • 1 Comment

This is a little scary to say but as of today, I only have 3 more months of full time engineering work. In other words I will be making the leap into photography full time in the bear future. It’s scary not having a stable income but I think my wife and I have enough tallent and drive that we will make it work. The rewording side of it is, if we do make enough money to pay our bills we are going to be really happy. We may be crazy to make this decision in the worst economic times but atleast we gave it a try. I would hate to visit my grave without even trying to do what really make me happy.

So this means that I will be updating this blog more frequently with my progress and even better info and all aspects of photography. Keep in touch.

Here are two more shots taken with my iPhone camera and edited with Photoshop mobil. This software really makes the photos look great with little effort.

Adove Photoshop for iPhone

Check out these two shots. Actully is the same image taken with the iPhone. One of the image has the vibrance filter applied using the Adobe Photoshop app. This FREE app does a wonderful job at enhancing the image. The filer adds a little contract and saturation to the image. I just wish it had a control slider to reduce the effect slightly. Not bad for the first app attemp. I look forward to some future updates.

This is the first time I post a blog. I’m really looking forward to connecting with the photography community.

This is my first test post from my iPhone. It’s really cool. I’m including a photo of my son having too much fun in a pool of balls at IKEA. Photo taken with the iPhone.
